- Contact form: name, e-mail, company and message text, processed to answer your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Reserved area access request: name, company, e-mail and credentials (the password is stored only in non-reversible encrypted form), processed to evaluate the request and provide technical documentation to customers (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Browsing data: for statistical and security purposes the site records the visited page, the referrer and the browser type. The IP address is never stored in clear text: it is turned into an anonymous code that changes every day (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention
Messages and access requests are kept as long as needed to manage the relationship; reserved area accounts until revoked; anonymous statistics for up to 24 months.
Disclosure
Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties. It may be processed by the hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A., Italy) as data processor. No transfers outside the EU take place.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@telfer.it, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
